Learning to Live in Love

We are made for love
We abide in love
We are love

The deepest me
My foundation
Loving energy

A Teachable moment arises
The false self is upset
Feeding that 
Negative Energy
We are possessed
And living in
Our Pain-Body

See the
Big picture
Not a
Knee-jerk reaction
Not
Powerless to stop it
Calmly relate to the pain
In a compassionate way
We are love
We can return to
The True Self

Observe the hurt
On the stream
Of consciousness
Name it
Let go of it
Let it float
Down the river
That’s not me
I don’t need that today
No need 
To feed
This resentment
I know
Who I am
Without it

A regular meal
Of resentment
Returns again
And again
But discover
Who I was
Before the resentment
And even before that
Learn to live
In our True Self
Led by a
Foundational
Yes
Not petty pushbacks of
No
